Cancellation Policy
Notify more than 48 hours in advance for a 100% refund or reschedule. If the operator cancels due to hazardous weather, you can reschedule or get a refund. Rescheduled tours cannot receive refunds. You will be charged the full amount if you cancel within 48 hours of the start time.
