Important details
- Ages 8+ only
- eBike rental options have age requirements: ages 21+, ages 18+, or ages 16–17 with an adult; shared eBikes are for children ages 10–15 with an adult
- Personal eBike riders must be ages 16+ and use an eBike that can handle the tour mileage
- Requires experience operating a bike and comfort riding in New York City
- Bring a valid passport or driver’s license for arrival
- Sign the required waiver before the tour
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 21 days' cancellation notice. No refund otherwise. Full refund if the tour is canceled due to steady rain at the start time.
FAQs
Arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will miss the tour.
For summer riding, bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a light jacket or sweatshirt, and a poncho. Do not wear flip-flops. For winter riding, dress as you would for a ski mountain with goggles, a heavy jacket, gloves, thermals, a neck warmer, a small beanie or ski hat for under your helmet, and heavy or layered socks.
