- Children age 6 and under must wear an appropriately sized life jacket while the boat is moving; bring one, as life jackets are not provided for children
- Boarding may involve stepping on or off the boat with tide changes and climbing a ladder
- No smoking on board
- Illegal controlled substances, firearms, weapons, fireworks, and explosives are prohibited
- Over-intoxication may prevent boarding or end the trip early
- A $150 cleanup fee applies if you vomit on the vessel
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before arrival for a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded. If the captain determines weather is unfavorable due to lightning, heavy rain, or high winds, the trip may be rescheduled or fully refunded if it cannot be rescheduled. No refunds or partial refunds for early returns after departure.
