Ages 10+ and certification is required; photos or photocopies of cards are not accepted. If rental gear is lost or damaged beyond repair during your use, an additional fee applies—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation at least 24 hours before start. Reservations within 24 hours of start are final and not eligible for a refund. Cancel less than 24 hours before start or no-show: 100% charge. Missing valid certification proof is treated as a day-of cancellation and is not eligible for a refund.
