What is the cancellation policy?

No. All people in the rental party at least 18 years old must be present to sign a waiver, and the parent or legal guardian of all minors under 18 must sign.

Is there insurance included in the rentals?
You are added as an additional insured to the charter vessel master policy. Liability coverage may apply to bodily injury or property damage, and first-party vessel damage coverage is included, subject to policy terms and conditions.

How far can we take the watercraft?
Within approximately an 8 mile radius, Michigan City to the west and Lakeside to the east.

Can I rent a tube, water skis, or a wakeboard with the boat?
Yes, this can be arranged at the time of pick-up.

Is there a security deposit?
Yes. It is a credit card pre-authorization held until the vessel is returned without damage, except normal wear and tear.
