Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final and non-refundable, including cancellations, missed appointments, and no-shows. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability; requests with less notice may not be accommodated. If the studio cancels or reschedules your class due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll be offered rescheduling at no additional charge.
