FAQs
Wear comfortable shorts and a T-shirt. Closed-toe sneakers or water shoes with good traction are required; flip-flops, Crocs, and flat-soled shoes are not allowed. Wear a bathing suit under your clothes if you like, and bring a change of clothes.
Bring one bottle of water per person, light snacks, and a small backpack if needed.
Expect moderate-to-semi-intense forest hiking, river trekking and canyoneering over boulders, plus swimming and jumping in natural pools.
