- Your artwork needs 3 to 5 days to dry and stays at the studio until pickup. You'll receive a text when it's ready.
- Arrive at least 5 minutes before your reserved time to check in
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final and non-refundable, including cancellations, missed appointments, and no-shows. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling with less notice may not be accommodated. If the studio cancels or reschedules your class due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll be offered rescheduling at no additional charge.
