Arrive 15 minutes early; late arrival time is deducted from your ride time. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before booking. Same-day cancellations incur a $25 fee. Cancel within 2 hours before booking for a 75% refund; cancellations after that 2-hour grace period are nonrefundable. Operator cancellations due to unforeseen events or closures may be rescheduled or fully refunded.
