Important details

• Children under 14 require an accompanying adult. Keep children within arm's reach at all times.
• Bring your ID if using member admission.
• The park is partially wheelchair accessible, with slight inclines, gravel, and grass. Wheelchair rentals are not available.
• Pets are not allowed on the premises. Service animals are permitted only in the gift shop and pavilion area.
• Do not smoke or use e-cigarettes anywhere in the park.
• Do not bring outside food into the park.
• Follow posted signs, stay on walkways, and walk rather than run. Do not throw objects at animals or into their habitats; throwing objects directly at animals results in expulsion.
• Feed only permitted species using feed purchased at the park. Follow dietary signs, never feed animals directly from your cup, and do not throw feed or pour it on the ground.
• Anything you bring into the park may be inspected.
