- Arrive ready to board 15 minutes before departure
- Bring a sweater, jacket, or windbreaker, plus weather-appropriate hats, sunscreen, and sunglasses
- Expect the captain to decide whether conditions permit sailing; light fog or rain showers may not stop the trip
- Expect crew gratuity to be separate from the listed price; customary gratuity is 15–20% of the trip price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before departure for a full refund minus a 10% admin fee. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are nonrefundable. Rescheduled trips cannot be canceled. The captain decides whether to sail; if the ship does not sail and rescheduling isn't possible, you'll receive a full refund.
