Cancel in writing at least 48 hours before departure for a refund. No refund with less notice; cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows incur the full charter fee. If the operator cancels, including for weather, you'll receive a full refund. An early return due to unexpected bad weather may receive a partial refund. No refunds for no catch, seasickness or illness.
