The tour requires walking long distances and is not recommended for limited mobility or walking difficulties. Strollers, electric scooters, and motorized wheelchairs are welcome but may need to navigate curbs, steps, and uneven sidewalks or streets.

The Old San Juan walking tour runs rain or shine. Tours are canceled in advance only when the National Weather Service issues a storm or hurricane warning.
