- Wheelchair access is limited: train doorways are 24 inches wide, and wheelchair storage space is limited. A boarding lift is available at Greenbank Station, but not at other stops.
- Pets are not permitted on board. Service dogs trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability are welcome.
- Do not smoke on the train or inside any building.
Cancellation Policy
Trains run rain or shine. Pick up reserved tickets at least 15 minutes before departure. If you haven't picked them up 5 minutes before departure, your seats may be released and your reservation considered unclaimed. No-show tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
