Important details
- Each Sea Doo requires at least one rider age 18+ with legal ID; all drivers must leave physical legal ID
- Minors may ride with an adult
- Riders wearing an XXL life jacket or larger must ride alone
- Pregnant riders cannot participate
- Present the physical payment card used for booking and matching physical ID at check-in; digital wallets are not accepted
- A $500 credit card hold applies at check-in
- Required incident coverage covers damage to your Sea Doo up to $500; you are responsible for damage above $500, due immediately
- Sign the safety rules and rental agreement before riding
- Ride sober and wear proper attire; jeans and heavy clothing are not allowed
- Switch drivers or passengers only in the ocean; you cannot dock or beach to switch
- Arrive with your entire group 20 minutes before your reservation
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund; bookings of 4 or more Sea Doos require 48 hours' notice. Late arrivals may lose rental time or receive no refund if they cannot be rescheduled. If a late-cancelled space is filled, you'll receive a gift card. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather or ocean conditions, choose to rebook or receive a refund.
