- Arrive 15 minutes early for safety information and paperwork
- To rent or operate, you must be age 21 or older with a valid driver's license
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID; if born after 1983, a boater safety card is required
- Maximum combined passenger and gear weight: 1,000 lbs
- Children age 13 and under must wear a life jacket at all times on the boat
- Operate the boat only during daylight hours and return it at least 1 hour before the marina closes
- Do not travel north of Willow Beach Marina toward Hoover Dam on Sundays or Mondays; other northbound limits depend on season and water levels
- A $500 security deposit, not included in the listed price, is held at check-in and released after a good-faith return
- A credit card authorization equal to a full-day rental before tax is required at check-in
- Fuel and oil consumption charges apply and are not included in the listed price
- A waiver is required

Yes. Each operator must be age 21 or older and carry a valid driver's license. Operators born after 1983 also require a boater safety card.
Do not travel north on Sundays or Mondays. From Tuesday through Saturday, northbound travel is allowed in summer; from Labor Day to the Friday before Memorial Day, only motors of 65 horsepower or less are allowed. Northbound travel is prohibited when Lake Mohave water levels are below 638 feet.
