- Arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled rental
- Complete your waiver before arrival
- Ages 14+ may paddle alone; children under 14 must paddle with an adult
- An emergency contact's full name and phone number are required
- Park entry is not included: $8 per vehicle for 2–8 people, $4 for a single-occupant vehicle, or $2 for pedestrians and bicycles
- Return all equipment before your reservation ends and before park closing; late returns may incur fees of $50 per vessel, increasing to $75 after 30 minutes
- Lost or damaged equipment may result in repair or replacement charges; recovery or assistance fees start at $100
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the tour. No refunds within 24 hours of the tour. Full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather.

If unsafe weather occurs before your canoe rental begins, you may delay, reschedule, or receive a refund. Once your rental has started, weather refunds are not available.
Bring water, sun protection, bug spray, and clothing that can get wet. Water shoes or sandals are recommended.
