Itinerary

Easy Pickup Process

1. Check in at The Pineapple Store
2. Our team helps set up your soft top racks and secure your kayak
3. Drive to the Wailua River launch site
4. Explore the river and Secret Falls at your own pace
5. Return equipment by 6:00 PM
6. Setup usually takes about 10–15 minutes and no prior experience is needed.

Important details

• Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled check-in time
• Ages 6+ only
• Renters and kayak transporters must be at least 18 years old
• One adult is required for every child
• A vehicle is required to transport kayaks to the launch site
• Requires lifting and carrying a 75 lb kayak to and from your vehicle roof
• Pregnancy and neck, back, or joint problems prevent participation
• Not wheelchair accessible
• Sign a liability waiver at check-in; a parent or guardian must sign for minors
• Secret Falls access is available Monday through Friday only
• Paddle only approved routes; South Fork and Fern Grotto are off limits to rental kayaks
• Alcohol and drug use before or during kayaking is prohibited
• Weather and river conditions may affect rental availability and recommended routes
• A $15 per-vehicle launch parking/access fee applies and is not included in the listed price
• A 15% gratuity, Hawai‘i tax, and a credit card processing fee apply and are not included in the listed price
• Returns after 6:00 PM incur an extra day's charge
