Easy Pickup Process

- Our team helps set up your soft top racks and secure your kayak
- Drive to the Wailua River launch site
- Explore the river and Secret Falls at your own pace
- Return equipment by 6:00 PM
- Setup usually takes about 10–15 minutes and no prior experience is needed.

Important details
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled check-in time
- Ages 6+ only
- Requires one adult for every child; a parent or guardian must sign waivers for minors
- Requires a vehicle to transport kayaks to the launch site
- Requires lifting and carrying a 75 lb kayak to and from your vehicle roof
- Maximum two tandem kayaks per vehicle; larger groups need multiple trips to the launch site
- Pregnant travelers and travelers with neck, back, or joint problems cannot participate
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Secret Falls access is available Monday through Friday only
- Sign a liability waiver at check-in
- Do not kayak in South Fork or Fern Grotto, which are off limits to rentals
- Follow designated paddling routes and river safety instructions
- Expect routes or availability to change with weather and river conditions
- Return all equipment by 6:00 PM; late returns are charged an extra day
- Expect a $15 per-vehicle Wailua River parking/access fee, not included in the listed price
- Expect a 15% gratuity, Hawai‘i tax, and a credit card processing fee, not included in the listed price
- Avoid alcohol and drugs before and during kayaking
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48 hours or more before your rental for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be partially charged or non-refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to unsafe conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
