Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If severe weather or unsafe boating conditions prevent operation, choose rescheduling or a full refund. Other operator cancellations receive a full refund or credit. Late arrival may shorten your rental without refund eligibility.
