Itinerary

Your Self-Guided Canvas Painting Mobile Art Party is a 90-minute creative session where guests paint at their own pace using step-by-step printed or digital guides.

15-20 minutes before start:
Your art host arrives early to set up all painting supplies and prepare your creative space. (Setup time is not included in the 90 minutes.)

0–10 minutes | Welcome & Setup
Guests get settled, put on aprons, and your host provides a quick overview of materials and how to use the painting guides.

10–20 minutes | Design Overview
Guests review their selected guide and prepare paints and brushes for the design.

20–85 minutes | Paint & Create at Your Own Pace
Guests paint independently while your host circulates to assist with supplies, offer light guidance, and keep things running smoothly.

85–90 minutes | Wrap-Up & Cleanup
Guests add finishing touches, take photos of their artwork, and admire everyone’s creations. Cleanup takes about 15 minutes and is fully handled by our team.
