Important details
- Arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled entry time; late arrivals may not be accommodated
- Check in at the Cole Center before entering
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Bring applicable military/veteran, student, educator, food assistance, or museum employee ID for those admission categories
- Access the Main House first floor by elevator lift; the second floor requires climbing two flights of stairs
- Expect loose gravel walking paths
- Keep pets leashed and attended on the grounds; pets cannot enter buildings or the Main House porch
- Enter by 4 pm through October 31 or by 3 pm beginning November 1
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available for cancellations up to 24 hours before your scheduled entry time. Rebooking is available up to 1 hour before your scheduled entry time.
