Know before you go
- Arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled entry time; late availability is not guaranteed
- Arrive by 4 pm through October 31 or by 3 pm beginning November 1 for last entry
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Bring the required ID for military or veteran, student, educator, museum employee, or SNAP/EBT admission
- Keep pets leashed and attended on the grounds; pets cannot enter buildings or the Main House porch
- Note that the Main House's first floor has an elevator lift, the second floor requires two flights of stairs, and paths are loose gravel

Refunds are available up to 24 hours before your scheduled entry time. Rebooking is available up to 1 hour before your scheduled entry time.

A wheelchair is available at the Cole Center for on-site use on a first-come, first-served basis.
Borrow umbrellas at each building entrance during inclement weather, subject to availability.
