Meet at The Radical, Bike Fitting & Safety Briefing Meet Greenway eBike Rentals in front of The Radical Hotel in the heart of the River Arts District. Your e-bikes will be fitted to your height, and you will receive helmets and a brief safety orientation on pedal-assist controls and greenway rules.
The Living Gallery of the River Arts District (RAD) Depart directly onto the paved French Broad River Greenway. Glide past historic, mural-covered industrial warehouses housing over 200 working artists. Pause briefly at iconic spots like The Marquee or open studios to see local artists, pottery makers, and glassblowers at work.
Riverside Cruise along the French Broad River Enjoy a flat, breezy pedal-assist ride through French Broad River Park. Take in views of local tubers and kayakers floating along the river as you coast under the shaded forest canopy along the water's edge.
Park your e-bikes at New Belgium Brewing’s iconic "Liquid Center." Walk up to the massive riverfront deck to enjoy a fresh flagship craft pint or local ginger beer while soaking in the vibrant riverside atmosphere and mountain views.

- Requires bicycle-riding experience and the physical and mental ability to operate an e-bike safely
- Bikes typically fit riders from 5'2" to over 6'4" (157–193+ cm)
- Maximum combined rider and cargo weight: 440 lbs. Rear rack limit: 55 lbs
- Late-return fees are not included in the listed price and are prorated based on the hourly rate
- Wear closed-toe shoes and a properly fitted, fastened helmet throughout your ride
- Obey traffic laws, trail rules, park regulations and posted signs
- You are responsible for your own navigation, safety, hydration and emergency preparations
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. Refunds incur a 10% processing fee. No-shows are charged the full price.

The outing requires at least two riders. You can join as a solo rider if a tour is already scheduled.
Yes. The Forest Green Discover 1 Plus and The Packer e-bikes have baskets. The Packer also has a rear cargo rack.
No. Range varies with rider weight, terrain, elevation and assistance level. Heavy or exclusive throttle use can overheat the motor or quickly deplete the battery.
