Important details

• Ages 15 and under require adult accompaniment at all times
• Requires climbing 56 steps up and back down. Visiting the gift shop afterward requires repeating the climb. Not wheelchair accessible
• Milk, wheat, and nuts are processed in the facility. Tell the greeter about any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the start
• Sign the waiver before arrival and bring proof of your reservation and signed waivers to board the shuttle
• The factory is separate from the flagship store and tasting room. Park in the lower parking lot; there is no customer parking at the factory
