Self-Guided Wailua River Kayak Rental

Set your own pace on a self-guided Wailua River outing in a single or double kayak. Paddle upriver toward the trail to Secret Falls, then explore the route on foot.

• Hike 1.25 miles on the marked trail with mud, rocks, and a river crossing

• Complete a release waiver for each participant before the outing
• Expect a $25 late-return fee for returns after your rental period; this fee is not included in the listed price
• Expect boat-launch parking and entrance fees not included in the listed price: $10 per vehicle and $5 per person; children 3 and under and Hawaii residents are free
• Carry kayaks by their handles, do not drag them, do not use paddles to push off rocks, and wash equipment after use
• A credit card may be charged for lost or damaged equipment; replacement charges range from $40 for a dry bag to $1,300 for a premium kayak
