- Complete a release waiver for every participant before the rental
- Return equipment by the end of your rental; late returns incur a $25 fee not included in the listed price
- Expect Wailua River State Park fees not included: $10 per vehicle for parking and $5 per person for entry; Hawaii residents and ages 3 and under are free
- Carry rather than drag kayaks, and return equipment clean and in the condition received
- A credit card may be charged for lost or damaged equipment: paddles $50–$110, seats $50–$120, dry bags $40, life jackets $45, and kayaks $500–$1,300
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation with 24 hours' notice; rentals of 4 or more kayaks require 48 hours' notice for a full refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
