- Renters and drivers must be 21 or older.
- All riders must be at least 46 inches tall.
- Maximum combined passenger weight: 850 lbs.
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1989 must have completed a boating safety course to operate the boat on Wisconsin waters.
- Self-towing requires a suitable tow vehicle and hitch, plus trailer-towing experience or willingness to learn before departure.
- Bring a valid driver's license and proof of current insurance for the tow vehicle.
- This experience is not wheelchair accessible.
- A security deposit hold is required at pickup and is separate from the listed price. Bring a credit card for the hold.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. You'll cover the cost of premium gas needed to refill the tank before return.
- You are responsible for damages and fines incurred during the rental and assume liability for accidents, injuries, and damages.
- Children ages 12 and under must wear a life jacket at all times on the water.
- No glass, alcohol, or controlled substances are allowed during the rental. Alcohol or drug use is prohibited before and during the rental.
- Complete a waiver on site.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time for check-in and the safety briefing.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel with at least 7 days' notice for a full refund, credit, or rebooking. Submit cancellation notice in writing. No-shows are charged the full price. Rentals run rain or shine. Late returns cost $100 for 10 minutes–1 hour, then $100 per additional hour. If your late return interferes with another rental, you'll be charged that rental's price.
