Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 72 hours before your activity with no penalty. Cancellations 72 to 48 hours before incur a 30% service charge; within 48 hours or no-shows are charged in full. Changes within 48 hours incur a $50 fee, except name changes. No refunds for not meeting activity requirements.
