Know before you go
- Arrive checked in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled activity time
- Minimum height: 4 ft 8 in
- English proficiency is required
- A participating adult must accompany each child age 12 or under, with up to 2 children per adult
- Bring or wear swimwear with a cover-up, a towel, and a face mask
- Use only Coral Safe sunscreen in the USVI
- Bring a photo ID that matches the credit card on file for check-in
- The cardholder must be present at check-in, or prior credit card authorization is required
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 72+ hours before your activity with no penalty. Cancellations 48–72 hours before incur a 30% service charge; within 48 hours or no-shows are charged in full. Changes within 48 hours incur a $50 rebooking fee; name changes are excluded. No refunds for failing activity requirements or declining because a party member does not participate.
