Pick up your tickets at the outfitter's office; they are only available there. Plan to take your river trip first. If you're in the area for multiple days, you can pick up the tickets at any time during your stay.
Don't park far behind the office when you arrive. Follow your assigned shuttle vehicle in your car to a public boat landing half a mile away. Leave your car there and transfer your belongings to the shuttle for the ride to the start.
Bring sunscreen, a swimsuit, a hat and sunglasses, a change of clothes, river shoes, a small cooler with water and snacks, and a waterproof container. River shoes and dry bags aren't included, but you can buy them at the office.

Had a great time. They seemed a bit disorganized but they also had over 250 people to get on the river and a broken bus...so some disorganization is to be expected. We had a wonderful adventure and the 3 miles took just about 4 hours. Learned a few things... Bring bungee chords to attach tubes together rather than using their string. Don't get out of your tube unless you are strong enough to get back in. If you choose to swim. Wear your vest.
