Pick up your tickets at the outfitter office; they are only available there. Plan to take your river trip first. If you're in the area for multiple days, you can collect the tickets at any time.
Don't park far behind the office when you arrive. Follow your assigned shuttle vehicle in your car to a public boat landing half a mile away. Leave your car there, load your gear into the shuttle, and ride to the start. You'll float back to your car.
Yes. River levels can make your paddling trip shorter or longer than planned.

Had a great time. They seemed a bit disorganized but they also had over 250 people to get on the river and a broken bus...so some disorganization is to be expected. We had a wonderful adventure and the 3 miles took just about 4 hours. Learned a few things... Bring bungee chords to attach tubes together rather than using their string. Don't get out of your tube unless you are strong enough to get back in. If you choose to swim. Wear your vest.
