Discover historic Sitka on a 2-hour small-group shore excursion led by a local guide. Travel in a 10-passenger van and stop at key sites around town.
Meeting point is Harrigan Centennial Hall in downtown Sitka. This tour is not wheelchair accessible and includes moderate walking (up to 40 yards). Passengers over 250 pounds (113 kilograms) must purchase an additional seat.
Cancel up to 48 hours before the tour date for a full refund. No refund for cancellations less than 48 hours before the tour date. Full refund if the cruise ship does not dock in port. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
Check in with Sitka Wildlife Tours outside Harrigan Centennial Hall (in or near the Vendor Sales Area). Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure; a representative in a bright blue jacket or vest will have yellow “SITKA WILDLIFE TOURS” signs.
If your ship docks at Sitka Sound Cruise Terminal (about 7 miles from town), take the free shuttle bus to downtown and allow at least 45 extra minutes. Book your free shuttle time for at least 1 hour before your scheduled tour meeting time.
If you tender to Crescent Harbor, your tour departs from the street side of Harrigan Centennial Hall near the top of the ramp. If you tender to O’Connell Bridge, walk 1.5 blocks to Harrigan Centennial Hall.
