Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure for check-in and van loading
- Cruise passengers: Meet inside the upper terminal building at Sitka Sound Cruise Dock
- Tendered cruise passengers: Meet under the bridge or at Centennial Hall, depending on your drop-off location
- Sign an individual waiver before joining the excursion
- Expect the tour to run rain or shine
- Attend a bear safety briefing before any hike; bear sightings and encounters are possible
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels or unforeseen circumstances occur. No-shows are charged the full price.
