- If arriving at Sitka Sound Dock, use the complimentary shuttle to downtown; terminal shuttle reservations are required

Cancel 8–14 days before the event for a 50% cancellation fee. Cancel 7 days or less before the event for a 100% cancellation fee. No-shows and late arrivals are charged the full ticket price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
