- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure
- Ages 8+ only
- Drivers must be 18+ and hold a valid driver's license
- Drivers are not provided
- Driver and passenger cannot switch once the tour begins
- Present a valid photo ID at check-in; it must match the cardholder for the reservation
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before for a full refund less booking fees and taxes. Cancel 3–6 days before for a 50% refund less booking fees and taxes. No refund or rescheduling within 3 days, for no-shows, or for bookings made within 3 days. A $50 per-reservation rescheduling fee applies to groups of 8 or fewer. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or force majeure.

FAQs
Dress in layers with insulating outer layers and boots. Bring a camera, hat, neck gaiter or scarf, sunglasses, gloves or mittens, and hand warmers. Insulated outerwear, boots, gloves, helmets, and goggles are provided for the snowmobile tour.
Lunch is served at the Willow location from 12 pm to 2 pm. If you add lunch to a 1 pm tour, arrive at 11:45 am to allow time to check in and eat before departure.
Transportation requires at least 24 hours' notice before your tour starts.
