Important details
- Arrive checked in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled activity
- Ages 8+ only; swimming is required
- Children ages 12 and under require a participating adult
- Bring or wear swimwear with a cover-up and bring a towel
- Use only coral-safe sunscreen in the US Virgin Islands
- Do not fly for at least 4 hours after the Snuba excursion
- Sign the required diving waiver before participating
- Bring a photo ID that matches the credit card on file; if the cardholder is absent, a credit-card authorization form is required before arrival
- Resident rates require valid local ID at check-in; member rates require a valid membership code
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 72+ hours before your activity with no penalty. Cancellations 72–48 hours before incur a 30% service charge; cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are charged in full. Changes within 48 hours incur a $50 re-booking fee, excluding name changes. No refunds for not meeting activity requirements.
