Important details
- Check in 15 minutes before the scheduled start time
- Ages 15+; junior divers ages 10–14 require special arrangements
- Certified divers only; requires 20 logged dives or a dive within the past 6 months, except on select all-certified-diver departures when conditions allow
- A liability waiver is required
- Arrive wearing your swimsuit; no changing facilities are available
- Wait 18 hours after diving before ascending above 1,000 feet (300 meters), including flights, helicopter or airplane tours, and Waimea Canyon
- Lost or damaged rental gear beyond repair carries an additional fee not included in the listed price
- Personal regulators and buoyancy control devices must be serviced according to manufacturer recommendations
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation at least 24 hours before start. Reservations made within 24 hours are final. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged 100%. Bring a valid physical certification card or official digital eCard; without it, participation is treated as a day-of cancellation.
