Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation hour for check-in
- Requires paddling experience, including knowledge of how to steer a boat
- Requires physical ability to paddle safely
- Swimming experience is recommended
- Wear comfortable outdoor clothing and shoes with enclosed toes and heels
- No pets, styrofoam coolers, glass containers, flip-flops, or bridge jumping
- Return all boats off the river by 6:00 PM
- An adult age 18+ must check in groups with anyone under 18
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
