- Sign a waiver confirming good health; ages 10–17 need a parent or guardian signature
- Bring photo ID matching the credit card on file at check-in
- Use only coral-safe sunscreen in the U.S. Virgin Islands
- Store personal cameras, sunglasses, cell phones, and belongings in a locker before the program
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your activity. Cancellations 72 to 48 hours before incur a 30% service charge; within 48 hours and no-shows are charged in full. No refunds for not meeting activity requirements or if a party member refuses to participate. Changes within 48 hours incur a $50 rebooking fee, except name changes.
