Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your excursion; a $5 per-person admin fee and any booking fees are nonrefundable. Later cancellations or no-shows incur a 100% penalty. For parties of 6 or more, cancellations 0–9 days before the excursion incur a 100% penalty. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
