- Arrive 45 minutes before the scheduled tour time; check-in closes 30 minutes before departure
- Complete the required online waiver before arrival
- Drivers must be ages 18+ and present a valid driver’s license
- Honda PCX drivers need a valid motorcycle license; second riders must be ages 7+ and reach the foot pegs
- Wear protective eyewear while riding a scooter; glasses are available for $5 at check-in and are not included in the listed price
- Wear a DOT-approved helmet
- Vehicle weight limits: 250 lbs for single-seat scooters, 500 lbs for Smart Cabrios, and 400 lbs for Honda PCXs
- Requires good physical health
- A fuel surcharge applies and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the tour for a refund, subject to a 10% cancellation fee plus booking fees. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, late arrivals, or riders unable to safely operate a scooter during training. Operator-canceled tours are not subject to a cancellation fee.
