• Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled rental time for paperwork and safety instructions
• Operators must be at least 18 to operate alone; ages 16–17 need a valid driver’s license, a parent or guardian to sign, and a parent or guardian on board
• Anyone born on or after January 1, 1989 needs a Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources-approved boating safety course to operate
• Keep a valid credit card on file for damages or additional charges; you are responsible for damage during the rental
• Keep the boat within the designated map area and operate during daylight hours only
• Children ages 12 and under must wear a life vest at all times on the water
• Do not tow or pull people or objects behind the boat, and do not bring grills
• Multi-day rentals require a docking location address
