- One rider per Segway; tandem and child-on-lap riding are not allowed
- Pregnant riders cannot participate
- Requires climbing and descending stairs unassisted and standing for the tour duration
- Recommended minimum weight is about 70 lbs
- Tours operate only when conditions are comfortable and safe and may run in light rain

Cancellation Policy
Full refund if the operator cancels due to rain or severe weather. Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 12 hours before the tour, or a 50% refund when you cancel 3–12 hours before.
