Important details
- Arrive 20 minutes before your rental for paperwork and a safety orientation
- Operators must be at least 18 to sign the rental agreement and operate alone
- Operators ages 16–17 need a valid driver's license, with a parent or guardian aboard
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1989 require a Wisconsin-approved boating safety course
- Children age 12 and under must wear a life vest at all times on the water
- Bring a valid credit card to keep on file for damage or additional charges
- Stay within the designated map area and return during daylight hours
- Do not tow or pull people or objects, and do not bring grills
- Sales tax is not included; a $20 cleaning fee may apply and the fuel surcharge varies
- Expect staff to cancel or delay rentals when conditions are unsafe

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your rental for a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours are charged the full reservation cost. Full refund if staff cancel due to unsafe weather or conditions.
