- Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled rental time for paperwork and safety instructions
- Ages 18+ may operate alone; ages 16–17 need a valid driver’s license, a parent or guardian’s signature, and a parent or guardian onboard
- A Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources-approved boating safety course is required for operators born on or after January 1, 1989
- Children 12 and under must wear a life vest at all times on the water
- Keep a valid credit card on file for damage or additional charges; you are responsible for damage during the rental
- Operate only during daylight hours and within the designated map area
- Do not tow or pull people or objects behind the boat, and do not bring grills
- A $20 cleaning fee may apply, and a fuel surcharge varies; these charges are not included in the listed price
- Sales tax is not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your rental for a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours are subject to the full reservation cost. If staff cancels due to unsafe weather, receive a full refund; reservations may be moved subject to availability.
