- Expect tours to operate rain or shine
- A minimum of 2 participants is required; solo riders can join when the minimum is met

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or request to reschedule at least 24 hours before check-in. For parties of 6 or more canceling the entire reservation, cancel at least 72 hours before check-in. Late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded. If the operator cancels due to inclement weather, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
