Important details
- Children ages 0–5 enter free. Adult rates apply from age 13.
- A late-arrival rescheduling fee may apply and is not included in the listed price.
- Do not wear stiletto heels, steel-toe boots, sports cleats or other footwear that could damage the mirrored floors. Dress to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored surfaces.
- Do not bring outside food or drinks, large packages, suitcases or weapons beyond security. Smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited. No luggage storage is available.
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave.
- For general admission and Ascent, arrive at your scheduled ticket time. Entry more than 20 minutes late is not guaranteed, and late admission depends on availability.
- For Premium, arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
- Last admission is at 10:00 pm.
