Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted; receive a full refund if rescheduling is not mutually possible. Vessel unavailability follows the same reschedule and refund policy.

Yes. This is a private bareboat (demise) charter, so you select and engage a U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain separately for your trip.
Plan for a customary captain gratuity that isn’t included (the notes mention 15–20% and also 20%). Fuel is included for standard coastal cruising, but extended cruising or offshore use may add fuel charges based on actual consumption (excess fuel charges apply above 10 gallons an hour). Optional third-party power water toys delivered to the boat cost extra and are billed to your account.
You can bring food and beverages. Don’t bring red wine or glass beer bottles (wine and champagne are permitted), and avoid items that may stain upholstery.
