Bring a camera, reef-safe sunscreen, a rain coat (in case of rainy weather), quick-dry clothing or a swim suit, and a towel. Consider taking motion sickness medication before you arrive if you are prone to seasickness.
Check in 30 minutes before your tour start time. Tours starting outside open hours (9 a.m.–5 p.m.) check in 15 minutes early at the Wailoa Small Boat Harbor, slip #4.
