Tours are canceled only for lightning, extreme wind, heavy rain or smoke. Cancel more than 48 hours ahead for a full refund minus the credit card fee; 24–48 hours ahead for 50% back minus the fee; under 24 hours or no-shows: no refund. Reschedule free more than 24 hours ahead; a $20 fee applies with less than 24 hours' notice.

Wear clothes that can get wet and sandals or water shoes. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, water and a long-sleeve layer. In chilly weather, bring a rain jacket and warm layers, preferably not cotton. Pack a towel and a change of clothes for afterward.
