Know before you go
- Arrive 30–45 minutes early to complete your liability waiver and get geared up
- Drivers must be ages 18+ and hold a valid driver's license
- Children under 17 must ride with a parent or guardian
- Not suitable during pregnancy or with recent surgery, neck, back, knee, or serious health conditions
- Avoid drugs and alcohol before and during the ride; impaired participation is not allowed
- Wear clothing covering both your top and bottom, and bring weather-appropriate layers
- Follow guide directions and drive safely; reckless or careless driving can end your ride immediately
- Expect mandatory nonrefundable $30 insurance and $30 fuel fees per Side-by-Side per day, not included in the listed price
- Accept responsibility for a $1,500 charge on the day of the ride if a rented vehicle is damaged
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before the ride for a full refund. Cancel 2–6 days before for a refund less a 10% cancellation charge. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows. Rides operate rain or shine; if the operator cancels due to severe or unsafe weather, choose a reschedule or full refund.
FAQs
Wear boots or comfortable closed-toe shoes and clothing that covers your top and bottom. Bring weather-appropriate layers, such as a light jacket or sweatshirt. Expect dust or mud depending on conditions, so consider dark clothing and leave an extra change of clothes and a towel in your car.
Helmets and goggles are provided for each passenger, along with vehicle operating instructions before your ride.
Children under 17 must ride with a parent or guardian. Bring a car seat or booster seat if your child uses one.
